Your privacy matters.

What this site collects

When you submit a comment, we store the comment, randomly generated nickname and avatar seed, submission time, and moderation status. Approved comments are public. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

Security infrastructure may process request addresses and logs to prevent abuse. Rate-limit records are temporary. If a trusted proxy is configured, a one-way keyed hash of the request address is used for rate limiting.

Cookies and local storage

Administrators receive an essential, HTTP-only session cookie that expires after 12 hours. Your browser stores your random comment identity and privacy choice locally. You can clear these through your browser settings.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics loads only if it is configured and you choose “Allow analytics.” You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any page. We do not currently serve advertising.

Service providers and international processing

The hosting provider, database provider, and Cloudflare R2 may process information to deliver pages, moderate comments, and serve uploaded images. If optional analytics is enabled, Google may process usage information according to its policies. Providers and processing locations depend on the operator’s deployment.

Retention and your choices

Comments are retained until removed by the operator. Sessions expire after 12 hours; expired security records can be purged through the maintenance job. To request comment removal, use the contact page and identify the comment. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data.

Contact

Use the contact page for privacy questions or removal requests. This policy must be reviewed and completed with the operator’s identity, applicable lawful bases, retention periods, and deployment-specific providers before public launch.
